While I love the focus on small steps – I don’t necessarily agree that you give up goals in favour of habits as he asserts. Just as atoms are the building blocks of molecules, atomic habits are the building blocks of remarkable results.’ ‘An atomic habit is a little habit that is part of a larger system. ![]() They are (1) make it obvious, (2) make it attractive, (3) make it easy, and (4) make it satisfying. While the information is nothing new (there have been many books written in this topic) the way of approaching the ideas are. I have read the book and listened to some podcasts about the book and the repetitive message is this – if you have bad habits, you are not the problem – your systems are the problem.
